Entering your password each time you download an app from the App Store can be quite frustrating. If you’re an Apple iOS device user, I’m sure you can understand what I’m trying to say. But the good news: When using iOS 6, you won’t need to enter your password again and again when downloading free apps. Apple has finally removed the need to put-in your App Store password each time you download an app. Now that’s a relief.
The tweak was revealed by an iOS 6 beta user. Basically you’ll no longer be prompted to enter your password in iOS 6 when downloading a free app, installing an update or reinstalling an app you previously deleted. That’s not all, according to rumors apps in iOS 6 will be downloaded in the background, ie. you’ll not be forced to go back to the home screen. You instead instead continue browsing the apps.
iOS 6 is currently in beta and is expected to be released to the public this autumn along with the iPhone 5. Read more about the new iOS 6 features.
