Sony Ericsson‘s upcoming Xperia Arc is surely making waves these days. The 4.2 incher will come with Android Gingerbread and will be available in black and silver. The device looks really slick and sexy and comes with Sony Mobile BRAVIA Engine display. Sony Ericsson has not kept the Timescape and Mediascape UI and has rather scaled them down to mere widgets, making the UI snappier. Check out the video below for a preview of the device.

The Sony Ericsson W890i is a slim follow-up to the W880i. The phone features Walkman Player 3.0, a 3.2 mega pixel camera and Sony’s great user interface.

The Walkman 3.0 interface is pretty well organized and easy to use. The home screen has a soft key for the Walkman player, and there is also a hard key on the side for the same. The SensMe feature analyzes a song’s

tempo and sound to judge its “mood”, and then presents out the songs on a graph for the user to select. The 3.2MP camera captures luminous, crisp photos.

The phone’s buttons are a little crammed together, but this isn’t much of a problem. The W890i is a good option for people wanting a nice, simple music-phone.
